Conditions of University Scholarships

The Canadian Council on International Law awards John Peters Humphrey Fellowships each year to students of international human rights law or international organization.

The scholarships are awarded to students who excel in their studies to enable them to pursue full-time graduate studies at renowned institutions in Canada and around the world.

In addition, Canadian law and political science (or equivalent) students are eligible for the scholarship.

The CCDI Executive Committee determines the exact dollar value of the scholarship to be awarded based on annual tuition and living expenses and the advice of the scholarship program’s financial advisors.
